DINNER MENU:
Starter – Beetroot cured smoked salmon, avocado puree, burnt orange, sour dough crostini, herb cress and pesto dressing
Main – Slow Braised Shoulder of Lamb, ras el hanout rub, gratin potatoes, baby courgette, baby carrots, braised cherry tomato, pomergrante and yogurt dressing, with a side of mint sauce
Dessert – Black Forest flavours – warm chocolate brownie, black cherry compote, chocolate mousse
